Grief and loss is something which affects all of us at some point in our life and, as we are not educated about it, we can often be left feeling unsure about how best to cope with these difficult times. Meditation and energy techniques such as EFT (emotional freedom technique) and Reiki are gentle, safe and effective ways to help us cope with any type of loss and grief, whether it be bereavement, loss of relationship, loss of job, loss of identify (the list goes on).

During these 3 hour workshops, we will explore different methods of working with grief, including meditation Reiki and EFT and will provide a safe and supportive environment where you are able to meet others facing these difficulties too. The group numbers will be small, and there will be no obligation to share anything about your loss – just an open, informal space to practice some self-care and learn some new, helpful techniques for yourself.
