What is Reiki?

 

Reiki is a gentle and safe, ancient Japanese healing technique which helps to relieve anxiety, stress and other mental and physical ailments as well as helping to promote relaxation.

A Reiki session involves the laying on of hands on certain parts of the body to help improve the natural flow of life force energy, to which we are all connected, through the individual receiving the treatment. If the flow of energy is low this can lead to feelings of stress, anxiety or general ill health and the aim of Reiki is to increase the flow of energy in order to reduce these symptoms.

Reiki is a safe, gentle and natural healing technique, but the benefits of this treatment are huge. After just a few sessions, you can begin to feel energised, happier, more relaxed and develop a clearer mind. Reiki can also be used to treat specific physical ailments in the body such as joint pain or headaches.

Reiki treatments are the perfect way to help you maintain your own healing journey, connect to yourself and find balance in your mind and body.

Investment - £30 for at home treatments / £35 for clinic treatments (all treatments are 1 hour)
