A six week course for anyone who is interested in learning more about meditation and learning simple, practical, calming meditation techniques. Meditation is a safe, effective way to deal with many mental, emotional or physical issues, including stress, anxiety and pains (to name a few).
This course will be accessible to all and will cover a variety of different meditation styles and practices, to help you find your way of meditating… Including breathing techniques, mindfulness, visualisation and loving kindness meditations. You will receive meditation recordings to take home with you, to help you build up a regular meditation practice at home between sessions too.
