A one hour class where you can explore different styles of meditation, helping you to relax, find inner calmness and create a happier, healthier state of mind.
All meditations will be fully supported and guided by myself - a trained and accredited meditation teacher and trainer. All classes are suitable for any level of experience.
Practicing mindfulness and meditation has been proven to help reduce stress and anxiety, improve resilience and work as an effective coping strategy in difficult times.

Relaxing evening Meditation sessions
Tuesday evenings 7 - 8pm

Investment - £10 per session / £32 for a block of 4
(A block of 4 sessions must be used within 2 months)
An hour long guided meditation session combining a variety of different meditation practices to help cultivate deep rest, relaxation and a state of 'just being', helping to improve overall wellbeing.
Meditations include breath work, guided visualisations, mindfulness, mantra and more.
Some experience of meditation is required to attend these sessions. Please get in touch to discuss suitability if you are unsure.
